1. Shipping Location
Mokshapatam108 currently ships orders within Alberta, Canada.
Additional provinces or regions may be added in the future. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.
3. Shipping Rates
  • Free shipping on orders over $30 CAD
  • For orders below $30, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on distance
  • Store pickup is available (pickup details will be shared after order confirmation)
4. Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on location and courier service.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
5. Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking information, which will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
6. Lost or Damaged Orders
Damaged Orders:
If your order arrives damaged:
  • Please email us clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact must be made within a reasonable time after delivery
Lost Orders:
If your order is marked delivered but not received, or appears lost:
  • Please contact us with full order details
  • An investigation will be conducted with the courier
After verification:
  • A full refund will be issued for confirmed lost or damaged orders
7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
  • A refund will be issued minus shipping costs
  • Re-shipping may require an additional shipping fee
8. Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been shipped.
